The experience of our guests each week can have a dramatic effect on our growth. Walt Disney was the master at exceeding the expectations of his guests. We have the most important message in the world and yet too often we don’t do the little extra that it would take to make a guest’s experience at our church memorable.

Have you ever been to Disneyland? This is an amusement park that is visited by thousands of kids and families every week. One of the things that will stand out to you as you venture through the park is how clean everything is all the time. One of the things that Walt Disney was adamant about was creating a family experience that was going to be memorable.
