We have one shot to put our best foot forward. Statistics tell us that the average person decides in the first eight minutes of their first visit whether or not they are going to return.
Leadership is Tough

Whether it’s in business (been there), coaching (still there) or teaching (always there), when you’re the leader everyone has an opinion about how you’re doing your job. Whenever someone criticizes your leadership you know that at the very least you’re doing something.
