Dealing with Complaints

This morning I opened three different emails from parents who all had a complaint. Don’t you just love starting your week with those types of things? So, I thought I’d give you my take on steps to resolving this type of conflict without creating more problems.

Winning & Losing

We live a society that often says “Winning isn’t everything it’s the only thing!” I see it all the time in varying degrees in youth sports. Early in life I held to this idea as a teen and even into young adulthood.
